Full central heating and power, linen (duvets) and towels included.
Separate shared laundry room with freezer space. No smoking inside and no pets. Sorry we don’t take children under 12 (unless by special arrangement)
Terms 20% deposit, balance one month before start date. 5% discount for returning guests.
