First floor accommodation approached via internal stairs. Sitting room has window seat and views over farm and village, dining table, TV DVD player, radio. Kitchen with gas cooker, micro wave, larder fridge etc. One double bedroom with TV and separate shower room.
Full central heating and power, linen (duvets) and towels included.
Separate shared laundry room with freezer space. No smoking inside and no pets. Sorry we don’t take children under 12 (unless by special arrangement)
Terms 20% deposit, balance one month before start date. 5% discount for returning guests.
